She alleges that as soon as she complained about lead in the apartment, the defendant served them with eviction papers. She’s suing for $10,100 in damages. The defendant says she got several noise complaints about the plaintiff and her unruly kids, so she told them to leave. She claims the plaintiff contacted an attorney after she left about lead. She’s countersuing for what she’s owed. Plus, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to make custom T-shirts for her daughter’s first birthday, but he botched the job.
