Por fin, algo con sentido

Mi cuerpo me agradece cada día
A mis 54 años, los sofocos y el insomnio me estaban volviendo loca. Después de 2 meses siguiendo este método, ¡duermo mejor y los sofocos han disminuido notablemente! He perdido 5 kilos sin sentir hambre constante como con otras dietas. Los horarios de 16/8 se adaptaron perfectamente a mi rutina diaria.
