This workbook presents a new outlook on how to dismantle emotional barriers while remaining authentic. Discover exercises tailored for avoidants, designed by someone who has walked the same path as you. Full of good information!
I liked the audiobook because it's direct and does not have useless filler like other books in the same category. The audiobook is also hopeful because it is written by an avoidant who has wrestled with it and is now in a stable relationship.
