Acerca de esta escucha
The Swath have returned. Humanity’s survival hangs by a thread.
When a distress call rings out from Vulta Station—the last line of defense for the planet Corla—Captain Joan Everett and the crew of the USS Monolith respond without hesitation. But what begins as a rescue mission turns into a desperate battle for survival as the Swath, a deadly alien race thought to be defeated, return with vengeance.
Jumping into hostile space, the Monolith engages the enemy—but the cost is catastrophic. With her ship crippled and crew on the edge of annihilation, Captain Everett faces a terrifying choice: sacrifice everything in one final act… or risk the entire galaxy falling to the Swath.
Hope is fading. Time is running out. And one captain’s courage may be all that stands between extinction and survival.
Packed with explosive space battles, impossible choices, and high-stakes suspense, Attack on Vulta Station is perfect for fans of Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica. Grab your copy now and join the fight for humanity’s future!

Attack on Vulta Station by Drew Avery
This is considered a short story, but to me it’s like just an incomplete, poorly put together story and unfortunately, I considered this I wasted my time, even though it was provided for free on the plus catalog. Very disappointing on top of which it’s narrated by an AI which I understood in the beginning, but it drives me crazy when they can’t pronounce words and you’re sitting there trying to figure out what are they talking about and it’s simple words. While I’m always able to figure out what they’re really supposed to say, somebody needs to pre-listen to these and correct and train AI in the word usage and pronunciation.
