Quick and immediately useful information for anyone
I listen to or read this book annually and this performance by Charley Steiner is my favorite. The book is short. The information enlightening. The power of choice first lies in the power of choosing one's thoughts, and it's is all yours for the doing and enjoying.

Our Thoughts Affect our Perceptions/Reality
I found this book to be a nice pleasant reminder, that was easy to listen to, short, concise and to the point. Remembering that “as think… we are”.
So much of the world that we perceive around us is created by how we think about ourselves in the first place. Our thoughts will affect our perceptions, therefore our reality.
