Lots of nostalgia

If you grew up with this movie, you’ll enjoy this book. It was very fun to listen to.

Awesome for Clueless fans

If you are a diehard Clueless fan, you'll love this book; it is fun learning about the inter workings of one of the most epic cult classics of all time.

I love the movie Clueless and it was so fun to hear all the things about it.

Great book and great narrator

Usually critical of audiobook narrators, but she would fit in the universe of Clueless.
The book itself was well reserched and a very fun read. Not at all a slog. Makes me wanna watch Clueless again.

So much fun

Delightful little dip into the mid-90s. The movie stands the test of time and it was fun to read about the making of the film and its cultural impact. The narrator wasn’t my favorite, but she wasn’t a deal breaker either.

An excellent overview of a classic. Narration could've been better, though. to quote Cher, "as if!."

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, I love Clueless and hearing about the back story and on set goings on was very interesting.

How could the performance have been better?

Get a different narrator. She was AWFUL. She inserted completely different inflection and tone into the movie quotations she read, making me think she has never seen the movie. It really took away from the content. Added to that, seemingly deliberate poor pronunciation. Example: Richard "Grecko" (known to most of us as Richard Greico) . I understand she is a comedian and maybe she thought this was a great esoteric joke (which I could appreciate in an stand up routine), but an Audiobook isn't the place the place for it.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I love Audible but his book is best in hard copy.

Any additional comments?

Get multiple narrators. One for the commentary, one for the female comments and one for the male comments. We don't need an original cast recording, just something to differentiate.

I absolutely loved listening to this book!! I grew up loving the movie Clueless so I enjoyed listening all about the film and the actors. If you're a Clueless fan, you will enjoy this. =)
