When I initially was writing Anxiously Waiting to Be Anxious, it was just to get my thoughts out on paper. I never thought that I would have actually published it for everyone to listen to. I have read self-help books myself, and although some helped me, I never felt like they truly understood. I wanted to make it feel as though I was really talking to you as a person instead of a reader. This was honestly a way for me to get my thoughts down on paper and towards the end of it, I realized that someone else may benefit from seeing my thoughts.
Anxiety gets the best of all of us. Anxiously Waiting to Be Anxious was a way for me to cope with my anxiety and depression, which I hope helps you with yours. This book is about imperfections, errors, and honesty. This is not your typical self-help book and this may or may not help you, but I had fun writing it! Enjoy my thoughts, flaws and all....
