Liguori has been an expert athletic pundit for years, acting as host and producer of Sports Interview with Ann Liguori, which has broken records for female-run sports shows. Her experience shows in her conversation with Bonds, as she manages both to stay in the background and to draw out her subject as he discusses coming full circle with the Giants in his return to the team as a hitting and first base coach. The interview is bittersweet, for Bonds passed away from cancer in 2003.
