many times in the reading you'll find yourself smiling, tearing up, and completely forgetting you don't know these men. the descriptions of them make them your brother, sons, and fathers. thank you not just for serving but for sharing

This book was about Friendship, Heroism, and the Ultimate Sacifice--told by a SpecOps Hero about SpecOps Heroes. Amid a society of clowns and cash ins masquerading as journalists, Brandon Webb affords the audience a true "been there done that" insight while respectfully honoring his friends and comrades with representative tales of lives forged by resolution and dignity by men who are a full 360 of the books tag line. A great read that leaves one wanting to be better at life itself.

Loved the book. The narration gave life to otherwise nameless, faceless heroes that protect our country's interests. This book gave me insight into why my own son has aspirations to join special ops and what he might encounter on his journey.

I can promise you one thing and that is that there are four young American children, my children, who will be raised in a household where men like Glenn Chris and Matthew will forever be remembered as the true heroes of our lifetime.. Not Brady, Favre or any other athlete or fictional figure. Don't get me wrong those are some amazing people but "amazing" does not equal a "hero". Not in this house!!
