This book is a must.

This book is a must for any adult who has or is suspected of having ADHD. The author teaches us about neurodiversity and helps us understand how the ADHD brain functions particularly when it comes to dating and marriage.

With the practices to improve listening comprehension and communication, we have felt much more relieved than before, because we have seen results that really encourage us to keep working for our son's well being, there is nothing that makes us feel better than that.

I’ve struggle for years trying to get my hands around the ‘whys’ of my daughter’s behavior. This book has given me a deeper understanding of what is actually happening in the household and structure to constructively deal with the challenges.

Most encouraging book

Admittedly this book was not what I expected at 1st but working through it I realized after it is more important to listen to this book before you get into tips and strategies practical ways to work with ADD. This book seems foundational any other book you listen you will have more success with if you listen to this first.

How to handle behavior outside the home.

This is perhaps the facet in which we had more problems at home with our boys. Since we started listening to this audio, we have developed many techniques and strategies to use in various contexts.

Loved it

Very insightful. I didn’t get it all the first time, but I will probably listen through it again. I learned so much new about ADHD, and why what has been going well for me has, and why what has been problematic has.

Prepared mind

I have absorbed information in my mind that prepared me very well to come out unscathed from any situation that I could live with respect to the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder that my son suffers. I don't need more information, here is all I need.

If you are seeking information about creating a healthy neurodiverse relationship this book is a great place to start. The organization and narrating style make this book accessible to everyone, even if you have no prior knowledge.

Actual advice!

I have listened to a few audiobooks on ADHD and haven’t retained any meaningful advice, but this book gives more strategies in an organized and well-explained way. Definitely the best ADHD book for those who already know the difficulties of ADHD, don’t need the background and just need the tools to better address it.
