amazing book

I love this series. great plot and just enough romance/spice. hated the way it started but I love how hard headed and defiant Lee is.

Human vs AI

I found the vitural voice lack luster. Very flat, no fluctuation in scenes that required it. Now the story was great.. I was hooked!

I loved this story. I didn't know it is going to be a series. Female lead is strong. Audio voice was actually great so far. I am awaiting the next installment!

Good book!

I really liked this book. Left it in a cliff hanger but. A good book nonetheless.

Very slow start- then suddenly couldn’t put it down.

Thanks to other reviewers I gave it a chance. Too busy these days and in between reads wanted something fun and distracting but not so much it was a distraction. That failed because it suddenly took off on intrigue and character dynamics. I struggled to let go of the reading. Warning, if your not used to bully romance this is very off putting in the beginning with the hazing of Lee. But she is no poor me heroine. And I love that! So rare to have a female lead that isn’t riddled with self doubt and crying. It was so fun, almost too fun because I definitely lost some sleep trying to get a little more of the story. I switch between kindle and the audible voice. The electronic voice can make it hard to catch which characters are talking when they switch though.

Great story line. Wish the narrator was live.

This book would get a 5 star if it had a narrator with emotions and changing voices for the different characters. I hope as this book gets more views they’ll consider getting a live narrator.

Don’t like the AI audio

The audio sucked. I didn’t like it at all. I mean, you can listen to it and follow the book, but it doesn’t sound very good.

Great story but....

I have read the 3 books in this series. I Love the story, but HATE with a capital H the virtual narrator. I would rather listen to the worst human voice out there then this flat unemotional voice. Please stop using this. Can't wait for more of this story! Thank you for sharing your wonderful gift with the world!
