creamy charm

I can't recall when I last so frequently smiled throughout listening to an audio book. Charming writing. Excellent vocal performance.

Excellent read. The best.

I love this book, the characters, the writing, and of course the story. I wondered how she knew all the ins and outs of Castle life. The characters were strong and interesting. I need to listen to her other books.

Fun mystery!!

Loved this second mystery involving Queen Elizabeth II and her assistant secretary Rozie. Recommended and fun read! looking forward to #3!!

Another of Bennett's wonderful Queen Elizabeth mysteries with her compatriot Rosie solving not only two murders but art theft, fraud, poison letters, and other shadows in old Buck Palace. Delightful!

Wonderful

I took the recommendation of the Washington Post and ordered the second book having enjoyed the first. I remembered how much I enjoyed the characters and ordered the CDs from book 1 to give as a birthday gift. A pleasure. I’m going to listen to the first one again to keep me company as I clean the closets and mop the floors. Such a good way to make chores a fun thing to do. K

Interesting, if a little convoluted

All the Queen’s Men was an excellent performance of an average and slightly contrived book. That said, it was still worth the credit and I will spend a credit to get the next one.

Very enjoyable

Very enjoyable and entertaining mystery. This is the second book in the series, I suggest starting with book 1 first. Can't wait for book 3. Great narration.

F bombs in an otherwise well written book. Could have been a classy mystery. Private bedroom scenes were kept private, thank goodness.
