In this two-part series, Fr. Baldovin traces the history, theology, and beauty of the liturgical seasons of Advent and Christmas. I find his presentation style lively, well-organized, and insightful. He uses vivid examples to illustrate his points. Whether you are seeking a deeper personal appreciation of these two seasons or you are seeking insights to share with others in ministry, I highly recommend this series. Among the many books and recordings I have encountered on the liturgy, I find Fr. Baldovin's presentations most fulfilling.
