California Governor Gavin Newsome recently claimed, “The most dangerous words in the English language are ‘man up,’ ‘be a man,’ and ‘don’t be a sissy.’” He alleges that those words are toxic and might offend transgenders and effeminate men.
This is not a gender war. This is not “Man vs. Woman.” This is none other than an attack of the Evil One. This is the same stunt he pulled in the Garden of Eden when he tempted Eve, while Adam just stood there and did nothing to protect or defend his wife.
Men, we bear much of the blame! We’ve been asleep at the wheel allowing the radical progressive feminists and Satan to drive our culture. Like Adam, we’ve passively watched while the Evil One ravages our families and our country. Guys–we can do better!
This book is a clarion call for men to return to authentic, biblical manhood. And a call back to manhood is a call to discipleship with Jesus Christ. It is a guide to inspire men to re-engage as the spiritual leaders of their homes, in their churches, and within their communities.
