Fabulous!

This book gets my day started off right. Regardless of what I am doing through, it empowers me to feel confident and relaxed. The author has broke it up into 30 days and it is easy for anyone to listen to everyday. The narrator also has a great voice and excellent pacing a joy to listen to.
