Det er snart et halvt år siden, Jonathan forsvandt sporløst. Nick, Mateus og Liv har stadig ikke mistet håbet om, at han stadig lever, men de har svært ved at finde nye spor at gå efter og samtidig er deres liv ved at vende tilbage til noget, der minder om normalt.

Og da "Ikaros" igen melder sig på facebook og fortæller, at Jonathan også kendte Aberne, får spekulationerne nyt liv: havde de noget at gøre med hans forsvinden? og hvem er Ikaros?
Aberne er skrevet af David Meinke og fortalt fra Nicks synsvinkel. Det er 2. bind af en ny samtidsrealistisk ungdomsserie, hvor 17-årige Jonathan forsvinder sporløst i starten af 1.g og efterlader vennerne Mateus, Nick og Liv med et fælles mål om at finde ud af, hvorfor han forsvandt og hvorhen.
