Abbott and Costello were an American comedy duo composed of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, whose work on radio and in film and television made them the most popular comedy team of the 1940s and early 1950s. The show mixed comedy with musical interludes and special guests. This volume contains episodes of Abbott and Costello from 1944 through 1946 and showcases some of their most comedic shows such as "Lou Promises His Girlfriend a Job", "Bud and Lou Are in a Play", and "Lou's Christmas Party".

Not Their Best But Still Pretty Good
The Abbott and Costello radio show was at its prime in 1942-1944, getting more silly and less clever as it went along. These recordings are pretty good; the stories are not as good as those in Volume 1 but are much better than those in Volumes 3 &4. The sound quality is really pretty good all things considered. No Titles, No Broadcast Dates
Just a pile of public domain recordings, assembled without any notations... no titles and no broadcast dates...with some shows (chapters) actually repeated... did anyone even bother to check these files before posting them for sale?
