not for the anesthetized

this might be the first book of our time to clearly interpret what's happening around us. including how religion government and other structures have used their power to program us into lower emotions so that we constantly leak life force and attract lower density entities. I was raised in an extremely religious home where both parents or children of Pentecostal ministers. fear was the great motivator for everything from not going to hell to not getting caught. Yes love was there and I was taught about Jesus, but there was so much shame in the religion and I didn't understand how those emotions which were being cultivated were also being used against me. there are so many fearful revelations once you open your mind to this being a possibility. most of my life I was ruled by fear. I think the people who really want to know what are going on in their spiritual search should read this. as always your heart should be your compass, you're collected wisdom. I learned a lot of things from this book that I haven't heard of before, and that's pretty hard to do because I've done a lot of reading. mostly I would like to say I think this is a work of great courage. for the scientific world will look at it as fiction. let them. I almost want to get the hard copy. I just may add it to my library of esoteric books.

This has been more than just a good read but a life changing experience with clear cut explanations of the gnostic studies of humanity and how we are to rid ourselves of negative unseen forces

Surprise excellent book

I gave this a try because there are few good books out there available as an audiobook that cover Gnosticism well. I think one of the very best for covering the history and texts of Christian Gnosticism is Elaine Pagels’ The Gnostic Gospels. While that book is excellent in terms of the history I wanted to hear more of the actual beliefs themselves. Of course nothing will replace reading the Nag Hammadi library. But Gnosticism as a whole extends prior to Christianity and is present in some form in most cultures worldwide and throughout history. So I was looking for something that would acknowledge instances yet still address the belief system as a whole. I listen to most books in audiobook form because I commute frequently by car. I was a little skeptical about this one because of the title and I wasn’t familiar with the author, but I’m very glad I chose to go through this. It was exactly what I was looking for. This book did such a good job of outlining Gnostic concepts, referring to texts and giving examples of how to ward off archons that I’m buying a hard copy to keep to refer to specific parts that I’d like to reference. Great job here!

Invaluable information

This is some of the most important information that one could receive. If you have broken free from the claws of organized religion this is the book for you. Fortunately, I’ve never been in that mind prison personally. But, I would strongly suggest anyone trying to break free or struggling with this… understand that you are already with the great one, or God, or whatever name you wish to use.
The AI voice is probably then only draw back, books usually better with a real person reading them, but it’s not a big deal and I wouldn’t let that keep you from listening this book! Much love to you all!

New age feminism

This book makes wild statements like - matriarchal societies has zero violence, weapons, or problems, while referring to patriarchal religions as “alien.” I get the need to show how women were pushed aside in Christianity, but making blanket statements like “matriarchal societies had zero violence” makes the author seem angsty and uneducated
