Young Imogen Burnhope and her maid Rhoda board a non-stop train to Oxford to visit her Aunt Cassandra, who waits on the platform at Oxford station where the train terminates, to greet them. Written for a 21st century audience
I truly enjoyed the twists and turns to the story as well as the narration. What struck me was how unbelievably progressive the main character was. Most men
aren’t that progressive in their thinking or feelings even today.
