Excellent Resource
I stumbled across the AIP six months ago after years of increasing health issues. Best narrator for autoimmune audiobook
One of the main reasons I purchased this book over other autoimmune protocol audiobooks is that the other narrators are TERRIBLE!!!!
I listened to samples of of other audiobooks and immediately chose this one because it’s narrated by the author and she actually sounds like a NORMAL HUMAN!!! Her voice is very pleasant compared to the narrators of the other AIP audiobooks.
The book tells you everything you need to know.
You definitely still need to buy physical books and cookbooks, read blogs and watch YouTube videos if you want to really learn about this lifestyle. But since you will be spending A LOT of time in the kitchen as you will be required to make each meal from scratch, this is a nice way to stay motivated while you do so.

So much great information!
I have read many books about autoimmunity Diseases, inflammation, and the AIP diet. Thus book is packed with so much great information. I would recommend it to anyone who has inflammation, or an autoimmune disorder, or they are looking to start the AIP diet.
