still like this series

Yes the endings are predictable. I did like this book better than the previous one in the series. This was enjoyable but not my favorite so far. Seems like the male characters have lacked depth since the first couple books. However, I will finish the series as it is interesting to see how they all come out in the end. I think this is a fabulous narrator for this genre.

Very good

Good story, great characters, plenty of surprises. I do wish the narrator hadn't dropped from a loud tone to a low whisper so often. Most people listen while driving. Many times, road noise drowned out the softer parts. I had to back up and change the volume dozens of times. Ch. 13 was particularly annoying due to drastic ups and downs of volume.

This book had it all, mystery, romance, steam and angst. The narrator was very good.

love the narrator. Loved the way his voice changed for each character. I love this series of books. All of them have kept me wanting more!

Fun

Very enjoyable read with great wit and humor. Steamy passion that was not overdone with an engaging story line. Simon Prebble, as always, makes the store come alive.

Read this book years ago and loved it. Really enjoyed the audible experience too!!! Simon Prebble has a wonderful voice.

This book is one of my favorites!

This writer is remarkable! Her plots are interesting and unique, Her characters are well drawn and different, even within the same family. Her women are strong; her men, although independent and not looking for commitment always eventually turn into supportive and the best candidates for spouses. Also, this narrator is superb with his changing voices and interpretation of each character right on. Of the total of the four books I’ve read from Stephanie this is my favorite so far. Enjoy!

A real Demon

I like Demon, but I like Flick even more. I like his temper and the fact that she is not intimated. The series has detailed sex scenes, so prepare for it. It still comes across as very romantic. Simon Prebble's narration is incredible. This story has a great storyline. One thing I noticed was that Demon's father was barely mentioned in this story. Seems odd. Otherwise....I love this series.

Just excellent all around!

Love the author, adore the story, and the speakr just added to make even more brilliantly enjoyable.
