Well developed characters
I enjoyed the tempo of the book. The unexpected ooh wow moments were amazing. It was frustrating to listen to the book being read by a virtual voice. Way too robotic! There was no inflection of tone or personal appeal the way it is when a human being is reading. Please stop using AI for urban books it does not match the genre.

Queen is annoying!
The whole time she acts like a cry baby and is getting on my nerves. I liked book 1 better. Don't know if I will read book 2.
