Matt Wellington yearns for a freedom that his current job and boss don't permit. He has plans to start a real estate company with his brother in their hometown of Grant City. This is an excellent companion to the original book RISE by Gary and Susan Harper. This book tells the story of a small business as it goes and grows by using the systems described. I am still on the earlier stages of the system but this book draws a picture of what certain steps will look like as you go through the series.
