Matt Griffin’s new job as deputy sheriff suits him just fine, and he begins to notice Ginny Harris for the first time. Ginny and he went to school together, but she’s younger than him. Then the new schoolteacher comes to town, and she’s different: sophisticated and refined. No one else seems to appreciate her, but she makes him feel special. However, when they all become caught up with someone trying to harm Adrianne, things get complicated, and Matt starts to realize things might not be as he thought they were.

Ginny Harris enjoys running the dress shop, and she’s thrilled when Matt Griffin starts showing an interest in her. She’s been aware of him for years. Yet, when the new schoolteacher comes to Pinyon Falls, he turns his attention to her, and it hurts. Everyone keeps telling her to be patient and not lose heart, but she’s already lost her heart to the man.

Travel for Love

A Match for Reece is another great book to listen to. Reece is the sheriff for Pinyon Falls, Texas. Being a sheriff is a dangerous job and he never expected to ever marry. When a friend tells him to consider a mail order bride at his age., he turns to the help of the matchmaker that others in town used.
Adrienne needs to get out of Chicago fast. She is a witness to a crime that puts her in danger. Her only hope is a friends aunt, who just so happens to be a matchmaker. Will this trip to Texas, be the answer to her prayers. Come along on the journey. You will not be disappointed.

Heartfelt!

What a wonderful beautiful story this one was. There was a lot of emotional scenes that God had a plan for the characters. The narrators were a delight to listen to and they really made it so enjoyable.

Reece & Adrianne!

You never know where you will find love. After being in the wrong place at the wrong time, Adrianne finds herself seeking help from the renowned matchmaker, Agatha. Yes, Agatha is trying to retire, but since her reputation precedes her, she is still receiving letters, and luckily she may just have a match for her. Now Adriane is off to meet, her intended. Reece is thrilled when he sees her, but when he learns one of the reasons she has come was to seek refuge, he is unsure of his decisions. Getting to know her may be the key. Now the story is off and running. This wonderful small town brings all the entire community together, some are matches I have met prior which gives that coming home feel. The suspense thread adds that thrill and Ginny gives a fun secondary story for Matt, the deputy. I loved this one, it's another inspirational story that warms the heart.

Douglas Birk and EJ Lavery work so well together and their narration of this is spot on. The two each bring the characters alive, add the voices that are perfect for the personalities and make it easy to fall into the story and keep me engaged. I love them and enjoyed their performance.

Christian Historical Romance

What a wonderful way to end these Pinyon Falls books! Janice has created a wonderful tight knit community including several families who met through the same matchmaker! I loved the trials this couple endured to find their own happy ever after! I'm loving this "two narrator" approach more and more and this couple work wonderfully together! Another 5 star review all around!

Sheriff Romance

This book has great characters, some mystery and two romances! Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely listen to it again.

This is another great story in the series. The characters are very interesting and their story is intriguing.
