Chocolates and Christmas

My two favorites in one story. It’s a short story but it was sweet (no pun intended). It talked a little about family and finding yourself.

I really enjoyed this unique story. A food critic that doesn't like chocolate?! Fun, quick story.

Sweet holiday romance

With so much anxiety and sadness in the world right now I needed sweet and uplifting. I've already purchased the rest of the series in audible. A holiday romance with chocolate. Already uploaded the next on series which includes a pasta restaurant. I can't wait.

sweet treat

This was a fun short listen. A food critic/judge who has a distinct problem with chocolate due to past experiences. Maise seemed sweet and wanted to defend her past critiques. That shows me she's not hard hearted or callous. Ben has a persistent winning way and it seems to be working for him. The beginnings of something sweet. Pun intended. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.

Short story romance

This is an extremely short story. It’s a little love story. If you have a few minutes this can fill in the time. The narrator has a pleasant voice.

A sweet short romance. A cute meet up and romantic beginning. Good narration and charming.

A great lunch-break or workout listen!

It is not often when you run across a short book that is just about the first meeting of a couple and even with the story being just about that meeting, you feel satisfied!

I had my doubts about a 30-minute book being both complete and interesting but Josie Rivera does it very well. Allyson Voller also did a great job with both the narrative and the characters. I was kept interested and entertained by both the story and the narration.

Way to short

Cute and enjoyable read, but way too short; I'm not even sure I'd call it a short story. In my opinion, this could have been developed into a much better book... it just lacked a lot of substance. A benefit is that It is both a sweet and clean read.

Short and sweet

Josie Riviera is a new author to me and I enjoyed this book. This was an entertaining, short story that ticked a number of boxes for me. Well written, the narration was good and the narrator Allyson Voller was easy to listen to. She brought the story to life for me and I quickly became invested in the story and I really liked the characters.
