When I first met William Murrell he asked me…"Have you seen Michael Jackson before?" Clearly I was not one of the lucky few. He then said, "He's plastic, man! His whole face was a color that you have never seen before. I'm serious. He looked just like a Frankenstein." I could not stop laughing. If the King of Pop, the Human Frankenstein, was not enough to brighten my day, he then told me about the muminized body of James Brown that Michael "played with" in the Funeral Home. Muminized? I fell off my chair with tears in my eyes. I needed a good laugh. William tells each story with a twinkle in his eye and a smile that penetrates your soul. We live in a world that needs more happiness and that is William's calling.
He is "Happy - O" 365 Things That Make You Go Hmmm - Wisdom and Wit by William are thoughts, expressions, sayings, and humor that William has shared with his celebrity clients who simply need someone to put a smile on their face. These thoughts often originate from others - many from the celebrities who have sat in his back seat. Great narration funny and interesting book
Would you listen to 365 Things That Make Ya Go Hmmm, Wisdom & Wit by William again? Why?
Most likely to hear some of the stuff I may of not caught the first time through.
Who was your favorite character and why?
William Murrell
What does Kathy L Sartin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Narrator used varied tone and inflection to add different emotions to the sometimes funny/serious sayings. Sounds like she really gets what the author intended with the book. At one moment you can hear the narrator laughing quietly which adds even more humor to the part.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I enjoyed the interesting insights to some of the celebs he had contact with.
