Mitch's words are clear and intentional. I have practiced everything written in this book along with many of the other authors he mentions. I can attest to the power of these exercises having manifested or brought into my life the everything thing(s) I have desired, both good and, well, not that good. Be mindful of what you're thinking and saying and give this selection multiple reads!
