At one time or another we all need to be delivered from something. Paul needed to be delivered from King Aretas, who had locked down the gates of the city and had to be let down by a rope. Even the spies that went to Jericho needed to be delivered by Rahab's help.
Sometimes the deliverance we need comes by way of either emotional deliverance or spiritual deliverance. We are told in Colossians: Chapter 1 that: “HE rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves in whom we have redemption and forgiveness of sins.”
When Adam and Eve sinned, they needed to be covered spiritually and physically. It does not matter how old or young you are; at some point you will need deliverance.
God is the greatest rescuer of all times. God has strategies that can never be dreamed by man!
And God is willing to use those to deliver his children.
There are so many Scriptures implied and explicit about God's deliverance. Can you imagine the strategies God employed to deliver David from the hands of Saul?
