In the 14 Reasons Why Your Prayer Remains Unanswered by Dr. Taiwo Rotimi, the author reveals that God answers all prayers in a three-different way; yes, no, and not now.
When God seems late (by the way, God is never late because he is unlimited in time and space), given our limited understanding of the time and season in answering our prayers, we think that he does not answer them. However, he does says yes, no, or not now. Therefore, when we pray to God, we must learn to trust him wholeheartedly. The Scripture says: "Everyone will come to you because You answer prayer." (Psalm 65:2)
The author presents 14 Reasons Why Your Prayer Remains Unanswered. According to Dr. Rotimi, what believers need to do before they receive answers to their prayers is by ensuring that they avoid all the highlighted 14 reasons for effective prayer. Some of those 14 reasons are:
- Doing away with any non-confessed sin
- Asking in doubt and with unbelief, and talking but not listening for a response.
- Asking without abiding faith in God.
- Praying for our lusts or inordinate desires
- Praying with Malice and Unforgiveness, and Impatience for God to build you up.
He also presented ways and means for removing the blockages.
