Lack of speakers

it's so annoying to listening to just one male speaker covering up all the character as female, male, young and old. it's hard for brain to coordinate the listening plot with story.it hears like only one person it making up all conversation, it makes it hard to follow through.

does not play

it was playing fine and I was listening to it and then the second day it does not play just never returned it hopefully thinking of it be fixed... also does not come with PDF as they say... I can't get ahold of anyone to talk about this and it's too late to get a refund I want to know why there's no audio on here does not play normally
