物事を始めるのに最初からうまくいくなどと考えてはいけないのです。最初の練習の何回かの失敗があって初めて成功するのです。このことは人間関係においても同様です。家の人に「おはよう」、職場で「こんにちは」、学校で「やあ、元気かい」。いままでと違うあなたに、相手が戸惑っているのなら、成功です。続けて「私はあなたと話がしたいの」という気持ちをこめてにっこり笑ってごらんなさい。それだけでも相手もにっこりするはずです。そうこれであなたの世界が変わるはずです。
笑顔の交換を通して、あなたが周りの人とつながることが、あなたの運命を切り開く第一歩になります。
