Fascinating, but not for the obvious reason

the movie was far superior

it was short the characters were all unlikable you want jaws to win and kill everyone except the chief and kids. Oh and his wife is a cheating hoe. didn't really enjoy the novel as much as the film Hooper is the worst in the book.

a very worthy sequel to the first book

I enjoyed it but still prefer the movie. I will say it has the same scary near hopeless atmosphere as the first book. its much more personal than the movie and even claustrophobic. the island is as hellish as skull island from king kong everything will kill you if you aren't careful.
