Quick listen and great tips. The narrator could be slightly less dry on the audio tape but overall the book has important pointers. Every thing from cold exposure to intermittent fasting... This book says something slightly different from other self help books.

Great book, easy guide

I listen this book along with attending a meditation class at my community college. The introduction allowed a better understanding of the meditation exercises. Although some the exercise instructions were repetitive they were clearly written and were consistent and complementary to my community college course.

I'm a fan of self help books that aren't meant to be consumed all at once and can be devoured in small little chunks. Meditation for Relaxation is just that, it's filled with 60 different meditations that range in length from 5 or 10 or 15 minutes to complete. You can make it as little or as long as you need it to be and is perfect for those who don't have a lot of free time to devote to a new practice.

Fantastic book. I discovered David McKeown, Greg Allen listening to podcasts. Just fantastic information that I would think should be obvious, but we all get lost in the day to day with family obligations, business obligations etc. As a small business owner, it is like having a coach telling me what I can do to be better at my job.
