Beginning of an incredible series

The world building was thorough and the story engaging-so much so that I have purchased every novel in this series! The characters develop throughout the story and the following books. I’ve always been a fan of science fiction since the 1950’s and admire characters of strength and struggle. Plus the stories themselves make it hard to put the books down!
