I am obsessed with books like this. This book helped me to understand how the knowledge system is distorting the negative effects of fossil fuels. I can now help people to understand that the world( meaning people ) need to use more fossil fuels not less. Thank you for writing this book it is so helpful.

Bill Barr give a fantastic first hand account of the trump administration! I voted for trump! But after reading this… I will think several times before voting for him again!
Barr give a level, non emotional perspective that is refreshing and needed! I hope he is a key advisor for whomever serves as our next republican President!

Pastor piper has a way of expressing things which are hard to deny! This book is calming to my soul knowing that live, die or suffer. My God is still God...and I am not!
Short and easy to listen to in one day. Worth checking out to gain a proper perspective on world events.

Great points run to great extremes

There are so many points in this book that I agree with. However John throws the baby out with the bathwater by going to far in his condemnation. To say that praying for healing is the same as Benny hen is as ridiculous as Benny hen claiming to be a healer. The point alone brings into question if we should still take our sick to the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint their heads with oil… Or did that practice also end with the canon of Scripture?
Our church is currently struggling with these things… I was hoping that reading this would help understand the line between legitimate and illegitimate “charismatic”... instead John basically takes the approach of when in doubt throw it out.
I am open to the gift of tongues as literally described in the Bible… That does not mean I condone random ramblings as tongues.
So as I titled this review... great point run to great extremes.
