I wish they had a different narrator
Revisado: 04-16-20
I absolutely love Sherrilyn Kenyon, but this narrator has the WORST accents. It kept pulling me out of the story over and over. Her accents were so cliche and poor that I laughed a couple times. I had to stop listening. Overall, this is a great story, but unfortunately not in audio version.

A sudden and fierce snow storm causes Elizabeth, Jane, and Lydia Bennet, as well as their would-be rescuers, Mr. Darcy and Mr. Bingley, to take shelter in an empty cabin. Lydia's suggestion to pass the time with games might be just what Bingley needs to prove Jane truly cares for him. Will Elizabeth's prejudices of Mr. Darcy hold up under the scrutiny of being stranded with him?

Great little Pride and Prejudice spin off. Really good funny parts. Great book even for a guy to listen to.

Really Great Book
Revisado: 01-12-16
If you could sum up Alora: The Wander-Jewel in three words, what would they be?
Attention Grabbing Book
What other book might you compare Alora: The Wander-Jewel to and why?
I would compare Alora: The Wander Jewel to exciting adventurous books like Divergent, Matched by Allie Condie or Harry Potter.
What about David Penner’s performance did you like?
I liked the way that David Penner kept all of the character's separate. He kept the story really interesting. Takes you a minute to realize why he is pausing all the time. He is pausing in between different realms and points of view.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book made me laugh all the time. It made me crack up laughing while I was cleaning at work. Coming from the viewpoint of a 30 year old guy this is an awesome book. And listening to it as a night custodian while I was at work was very entertaining.
Any additional comments?
I can't wait for the next book to be on Audible.
