A great view on humanities possibilities and flaws and possible place in the universe
Revisado: 02-16-24
The beginning (until half?) was a bit slow and lots of different things were happening that didn’t make sense or seem connected to each other but I liked that it added to the mystery of it all and it made me want to find out why and what hell was happening. Eventually 1 of my theories was proven right but the scope of the situation was more advanced than what I expected.
I really enjoyed the sci-fi stretch of the current knowledge in science. Some people might find the explanations a bit over the top but I liked that the story took me by the hand for these parts.
I will be reading/listening to the sequels because I am left wondering at the end of the first book about the actions humanity will be able to take and what discoveries will be made.
And least but not certainly not least, the narrator was easy to listen to and I enjoyed listening to the book at 1.5 speed.
