Very insightful, changed my life

Shana clearly knows what she is talking about and it feels like she is reading to a friend. The information can be life changing. It’s not just about sex, although that definitely improved for me and is a key part of the book, it’s also about how honest relating to yourself and others can help get more of what you want in all aspects of life. She lays out a clear path with a lot of very personal, vulnerable, and relatable examples from her own life and those of her clients, which made it easier for me to practice my own vulnerability. I am grateful for how it helped me better understand and ask for what I want, and highly recommend it to anyone struggling with their own wants and ability to communicate and ask for what they need. All the stars as it definitely helped me and changed my life!
