By the end of the book you get to know Bob Iger in a personal level and you like him, although the book is more entertaining than anything else, I would appreciate some specific insights in desición making and business processes to build a culture like Disney's . Obviously he cannot reveal everything but just a little more.

Probablemente gracias a este libro muchos eventos de la historia se han visto influenciados y es difícil establecer lo valioso de su existencia. Cómo un comentario, quizá algunas personas piensen igual que yo y las anécdotas y referencias que usa Carnegie les resulten viejas o muy centradas en la historia y el mundo de negocios de Estados Unidos, sin embargo, dichas anécdotas son muy relevantes aún hoy y las narrativas cotidianas en conjunto con sus experiencias personales hacen que esté libro superé la barrera del tiempo. Totalmente recomendado.
