Great story, with excellent details. Had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. Lots of twists and turns. Not a predictable story line. Loved it!!!

Great Book for Leaders, Employees and Individuals

Dr. Henry Cloud was very insightful about how to end various relationships whether it is as a business owner, employee, or individual. We all have times in our lives where we need to have necessary endings firing an employee, quitting your job, breaking up with your significant other, or leaving a relationship that is toxic. Dr. Cloud gives great examples of how to make theses endings successful. Some relationships might need to involve others to help with the ending, for example, police if there is an abusive or threat to the individual. I highly recommend this Audiable book.

Yes, the lessons in this book are applicable on the battle field and in a boardroom. They also recognized the ultimate sacrifices some made for our freedom, specifically our friend Marc Lee.

Jocko & Leif reading this book was great. You could hear the intensity in their voices as they described the experiences in Iraq. Then they related them to the business world.
