Terrible book. Complete waste.

I don’t know where to start. These books are a joke. If you’re looking for anything to do with neuroplasticity, don’t look here. The author clearly just used that word to get people to buy the books. The first two sections never even mention neuroplasticity, and the third section barely touches on it. What it does describe is just regurgitated cut and pasted information from Websites that just give a very basic explanation of neuroplasticity.

Terrible hack with bad English/Grammer

Complete waste of money and time. Repetitive, copied from information readily available on the web, terrible grammar/English. Just a repackaged hack. For example, a very funny one is when referring to “fight or flight,” the author actually says “battle or flight.”
