Historia
Why is it so hard to make lasting changes in our companies, in our communities, and in our own lives? The primary obstacle is a conflict that's built into our brains, say Chip and Dan Heath, authors of the critically acclaimed best seller Made to Stick. Psychologists have discovered that our minds are ruled by two different systems - the rational mind and the emotional mind - that compete for control. The rational mind wants a great beach body; the emotional mind wants that Oreo cookie.

simple concepts, good performance, good overall
Revisado: 10-24-16
the narrator has a clear booming voice. the book was easy to keep up with and the concepts were memorable. while this book wasn't eye opening for me, it did reinforce concepts I already knew. 4/5

Historia
I wrote this book because I believe everyone deserves a place to belong, and I didn't want poor social skills to hold anyone back from friendship and community - even if they struggle with social skills. I believe that you, too can live a life full to the brim with friendship, connection, and love. I hope that after listening to Improve Your Social Skills, you'll believe it too.

Some edits needed in performance

The book was great but there were some issues with the performance. They repeated things frequently.
