Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Great introduction into blockchain without delving too much into the technicalities of it. The audio book was very brief, I listened through it on a subway ride home. None of the material is particularly new or something you can't find on the internet, but it is presented in an easy to understand manner.

I like that this book suggest steps to stop the habit of eating and to take control of it. I was very glad I listen to this book and I will share what I learned to my family.
