My kids get a great sleep now, no more nightmares!

Getting my kids to go to sleep , used to be a struggle each night. They wanted to hear a new story every night and since I have a job that keeps me very busy, I just couldn't give them that time.
Now my kids actually look forward to going to sleep on time. They have a very peaceful and positive sleep because of the wonderful stories here. One of my kids used to struggle with nightmares, listening to this audiobook has cured that problem for him. Each morning my kids are very excited to tell me about the stories and the great dreams that they had after that. I can see that they are more happy and positive since I got this book.

I have been listening to these beautiful stories not just for sleeping but also whenever I feel stressed and they do wonders ! I am so glad that someone wrote a book like this . I had been searching for something like this for so long!
My kids now go to sleep happily. They used to make a lot of fuss about sleeping before but now they are very curious to hear the next story. This is a GREAT parenting tool ! I am happy that my kids would get into a habit of meditation from such an early age and reap the benefits their whole life .
To all the parents out there, do USE this ! Every night your children would learn great moral values . And it has double benefits since you can use it as well . ENJOY it !
