This is a great audiobook to help anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression or negativity. It has a lot of practical information to help people work on improving themselves.

The author has done a tremendous job in explaining how he suffered with all negativity for many years and how proven cognitive therapy techniques helped him become a better and peaceful person.

If we use these same techniques, I am sure, we too can live a peaceful and happier life. These 11 techniques are explained so well that people can use them easily in their daily life. Though I like all of these techniques, I would recommend to try them one by one.

If you suffer from anxiety or depression or know someone who does, this CBT audiobook is very helpful.
