I think anyone looking to learn of obes would be lucky to find this trilogy first as I did. I can't think of a better place to start. equally good if you find them not first too though.

pleasant to listen to and fascinating true story. excited to listen to the third, and I've already read them all btw. who needs fiction when reality contains so much worth knowing?

Great book of stories for intro to obe/nonphysical

I have been reading and practicing obe's for a while and try to get other people into it and find that books that I find informative and fascinating, other people might find boring (since they can't relate yet I guess). But I found that even my kid enjoyed listening to some of the stories in this book! There's a broad spectrum of stories that cover many of the ways people might experience obe's or other similar brushes with the nonphysical in their lives. Each story is not more than about 30 minutes which I think is perfect. Very enjoyable as far as fiction goes, which I am usually not into, but since it is fiction based on truth I made an exception (cuz who needs fiction when reality is actually way more fascinating than we might have thought?) But in this instance the stories are either based on someone's truth or are true enough that they could be and are a way to spread to people examples of things that could be happening, for real.
