Historia
What does everyone in the modern world need to know? Renowned psychologist Jordan B. Peterson's answer to this most difficult of questions uniquely combines the hard-won truths of ancient tradition with the stunning revelations of cutting-edge scientific research. Humorous, surprising, and informative, Dr. Peterson tells us why skateboarding boys and girls must be left alone, what terrible fate awaits those who criticize too easily, and why you should always pet a cat when you meet one on the street.

While the crew of the starship Flying Dutchman have been trying to assure that hostile aliens do not have access to Earth, the UN Expeditionary Force has been stranded on the planet they nicknamed "Paradise". The Flying Dutchman is headed back out on another mission, and the UN wants the ship to find out the status of the humans on Paradise. But Colonel Joe Bishop warns that they might not like what they find, and they can't do anything about it without endangering Earth.

Can’t get enough
Revisado: 09-24-23
I don’t like writing reviews because I’m not a writer and I feel I don’t do what ever I’m reviewing justice. However when I feel something is this good I’m compelled to do so. I can’t get enough of the story. These are supposed to be for my commute. Except I don’t want to stop listening to the story when I get home. Alanson is a genius with the plot in my opinion and hilarious.
Bray makes the story come alive in such a great way. Once I’m finished with these books I’m going to look for more books Bray narrates.

Historia
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

I love the banter back and forth with Skippy and Joe. It was the right mix at the right times. I never felt like it was forced and always found my self laughing. 1 sheep hahahaha

Historia
Former Chicago lawyer Ben Holiday was very proud and quite happy. And why shouldn’t he be? The Magic Kingdom which he ruled as High Lord was finally at peace. He was free to lie back and watch as his new daughter grew. An amalgam of magic and heredity, Mistaya was born a seedling, nourished by soils from Landover, Earth, and the fairy mists, come into being in the dank, misty deadness of the Deep Fell. Ben wished he could enjoy his daughter's childhood and his happy kingdom forever. Alas, those idyllic days were not to last.

Been a long time since I read this series. Loved it from the beginning. Was even more enjoyable listening to it this time. I really enjoy Jeremy Arthur as a narrator.
