A Weird Harem

So this story takes a different path from the usual dungeon core book. MC is the dungeon with a female human Avatar body. She forms a contract with a young man on the brink of death from there she forces him into a weird harem with all the girls in his life. There are several chapters that are just sex scenes. the other story beats play as a political drama and some litrpg proggresion.

Rip out their Eyeballs!

This is an Apocalypse LITRPG set in the far future long after the apocalypse started. Humanity has a few small bastions the greatest of which is a gigantic ship. The Mc is a member of the Nobility on said ship and is expected to do her house proud whether that be in combat or in some other way.
Pros:
1. The powers of the MC are Mental in nature granted by a symbiote of sorts, telekinesis mostly.
2. The world building and the dire straights humanity are in make a compelling narrative.
3. The MC is really likeable and her powers are heavily influenced by her emotions leading to some great cathartic scenes.
4. Kaiju's seem to be the main obstacles in the long arc of the story.
Cons
1 The MC goes through too many training arcs/trials that get in the way of the plot or are not spaced out well.
2. There aren't any standout side characters besides the MC's sister that fulfills a totally different role in the family.

A Great Ride

This is a wild ride from start to finish! This takes place on Modern day Earth during a System Apocalypse.
Pros:
1. This Book is an apocalypse LITRPG with a snarky system, stat boxes, magic, and guns.
2. The MC and supporting characters all have their charm and have clear goals mainly to gain strength survive and find their families.
3. Magic Truck. were talking magic turrets magic ammo magic truck horn and dimensional space magic shit.
Cons:
1. The MC swears as a part of their personality and is quite vulgar, It is worked in to her magic powers but still feels excessive.
2. The System seems to have a lot of exploits and some people seem to be way to strong or way to insignificant.
3. The Book ends in a weird spot that feels like a chapter was deliberately left out to make a pseudo cliffhanger there is a conclusion without the celebration after the fact.

This series continues to be one of my favorites. This book hit the full range of emotion from despair and hopelessness to hope and solidarity to ridiculous and hilarious scenes and situations. I cant recommend this series enough but this may be the best in the series so far.

Exactly what you would expect.

The story and characters are all well done the LitRPG elements are pretty light but I think it works well. No getting bogged down in status sheets and notifications they are very minimal. The narrator was very jarring during some action sequences but did a much better job voicing side characters although that may just be my bias.

A great foundation

I really enjoyed this take on the Cutivator/system/heavens story archetype. The MC is an axolotol monster that used to be human. He is likeable and so are the side characters that he allies with. this felt great and was a complete story arc, no crazy cliffhanger.

This story was enjoyable and exactly what's advertised. If you like settlement building and economic/political deal making you will love it. it has some magic and theres also some slice of life elements. The side characters from the village and witch woods are all well done.

Abysmal Ending

overall the story was good it feels like the author went in an organization/base building route which was pretty enjoyable. Unfortunately all of the meaningful progress gets ripped away at the end. It feels like the author wanted the MC to go adventure and explore but didnt know how to make that happen without burning it all down.

Not much going on.

I spent the majority of my listen waiting for some kind of plot to develop but mostly it's just setup. The MC spends the majority of the book using his knowledge of his previous life to set up his deck/ build going from task to task having no real challenge. Some side charecters are interesting but get barely any focus. dont grab this audiobook unless you can patientlay listen for 12 hours of setup. it may be best to wait until later books are released.
