Would you consider the audio edition of Vanilla to be better than the print version?
It's a great companion.
Which scene was your favorite?
The office scene where Alex is spilling his heart to Elise.
“And I did,” Alex said. “I let her go. Because I did love her, and I did want her to be happy.” I wasn’t sure what to say, so I didn’t say much of anything. He’d gotten up to pace while he talked, and now his hair was a rumpled mess from running his hands through it. His voice had cracked and broken several times during the story, and when he looked at me now, it was with red-rimmed eyes.

Really great
it's just my opinion, but I feel like the story would have been told so much better with a male narrator as well. it's just that, some of the things the men are saying would have given me goosebumps if they were done with the deep male voice.

A different look at domanance
What did you love best about Vanilla?
Elise likes to be dominant but doesn't want a 24/7 lifestyle. I think most people who enjoy BDSM don't live it 24/7. This shows a different picture of wanting, needing and sharing something
What about Tatiana Sokolov’s performance did you like?
She really brought emotion into the story. It wasn't just about dominance ,
It was about caring for and loving people you care for
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Thee were very strong emotions in many parts but some how they all pull together in this story about a woman looking for love.
Any additional comments?
I wasn't sure I'd like this story, but Megan Hart is a wonderful writer and managed to make this story likeable and work

Wow
I was afraid to read this book, thinking it would have more kink than I wanted and I was pleasantly surprised that it was just enough. I loved the storyline. Loved Elise’s journey to true love. I liked seeing Alex again. I even liked Elise’s mother, brother and nephew. They were great side characters. I also loved Nial. His bumbling to figure out who Elise was just cute.
Definitely a great read. And how could I forget since it’s by my favorite author. Ms. Hart
