Melissa, the dark haired, Crossfit loving housewife, tries to have an intimate time with her husband. He's able to last a little longer but unfortunately, he's no match compared to her lover, Marcus. She's already told Karen and Sophia about her first little fling with Marcus and cannot wait to go back for another intense workout.

Melissa isn't the only one to spill the beans, Karen had no choice but admit her little adventure with Willis. Unlike Melissa, she's been trying not to pay him another visit. Sharon's the only one who doesn't know as she's been busy trying to sell some commerical real estate. She soon finds out that the buyer is none other than Dwayne!

Before she heads to Dwayne's house, her son Turner, comes home looking pretty beat up. He begrudgingly tells her that it was from a football game he was invited to by Marcus and Willis. She learned about two more young black men who've come by, employees for Dwayne. Sharon heads off to see if she can convince Dwayne to lease real estate from her little company while also going to have a stern talking to with the two young men who played a bit too rough with her son. But does she end up playing a little rough with them instead?
